I very much appreciate the staff at Hopkins Insurance! I know I can trust them to take care of my needs in a very friendly and expedient way. I know that I can trust my agent, Lori, to always be on top of things so that my coverage is the most cost effective and is what is best for me. When I have had the need to be in contact with the insurance agency, Lisa is always on top of things and gets my needs taken care of immediately. On April 9th, 2011 we lost our home and all of our outbuildings in a tornado. Praise the Lord we had insurance through Hopkins Insurance! They were so helpful during our re-building process. They were quick to respond so that we were able to start moving forward right away. We were able to re-build our home long before some of the others who lost homes at the same time! We had heard stories about insurance companies not wanting to pay or making things difficult for home owners. We feel so blessed to have never had to deal with any of those issues.
